Installatie van een softphone
PC Softphone: Windows & MacOS
- Download de PC Softphone van de link uit de email die u ontvangen heeft van uw administrator
- Installeer de PC Softphone op uw toestel
- login met uw gebruikerportaal gegevens (email en wachtwoord)
gelieve contact op te nemen met uw administrator wanneer u uw inloggegevens niet kent
Cloud Softphone: Android & iOS
- Ga via uw toestel naar de Google Play Store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.acrobits.softphone.cloudphone) of naar Apple App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cloud-softphone/id567475545)
- Installeer Cloud Softphone
- Scan de QR code verkregen via uw administrator
